Abby – Watercolor

I used contrasting gold and violet to make this piece especially vibrant. I used fine brushes to accomplish her fur texture. I gave her eye extra depth and volume with the use of a very bright gold, and her nose the "wet look" with a touch of paper coming through. I always say I love painting faces, furry friends count too!
